A copy of the deposit receipt should be sent either
by fax or by e-mail to have the confirmation of
the reservation.
The down payment can also be made through a credit
card only during the operative season of the hotel
(May to October). Down payment of deposits through
credit cards is not accepted during winter.
Full details of credit cards (owner's full name,
credit card number, expiration date and cw - 3-4
numbers at the back of the card under the owner's
signature) should be sent by e-mail.
Reservations through telephone are not accepted.

| CANCELATION POLICY |
For cancelations 21days prior to the arrival date,
the 50% of the deposit is required.
For cancellations 20 days prior to the arrival date,
the full deposit amount is required.
For cancelations 10 days prior to the arrival date,
the 50% of the total amount of the stay is required.
